1999 Renault Megane Repair Question

The car is an automatic so not possible to tow,or not possible to be recovered ,due to expensive
Surely there must be a way of making a temporary repair only if i got it to fire up once.

You can tow only with front tires off the road. If you want to start engine, you need to understand what is causing the non starting and rectify it.
