1999 Renault Laguna Repair Question

Radio clock lack of power
Renault Laguna s reg radio and clock stopped working last night now noticed that heater blower is not working and that when i switch ignition on all the needled on the dials on the dash board shoot up to the top then staight back down again Help.

Check fuses, and check for a bad body ground.
