1999 Pontiac Sunfire cranks but won't start. Had coil packs checked, module good. Spark plugs have spark, fuel shoots out of fuel sensor when removed, you can hear the fuel pump when you turn the key on. Changed the fuel filter. While fuel filter was off fuel would shoot out like a water house when key was on. Then replaced filter. Battery cables are clean and battery is fully charged. Before car stopped running I heard a noise sounded like a muffler dragging the ground but it wasn't. It was coming from the wheels on the side of motor area. Could it have jumped time? What would cause this to crank and not start.
