Pontiac Bonneville Steering Problem
Wiper switch needs replaced,pulled steering wheel but can'nt get to bolt holding bracket to switch,how do I get to bolt,or is there someone I can pay just to come to my house and replace switch

I posted the instructions i dont see a need to remove the steering wheel.
