HI, I just purchased a 1999 plymouth breeze. It was sitting unused for approx 9 months. It was fine when I drove it out of the drive way. After driving it for approx 1/4 mile the radio stopped working along with the electric door locks. I noticed that the radio did come back on and at that time the door locks did work. A few hours later when I turned on the lighs I had no low beams the high beams where working. The car cut out at one point and then would not start after we pushed a few feet I was able to start the it. I also have no brake lights but have working tail lights and all of my flashers work. I previous owner did find a mouse in the car that was tryingt to make a nest. The previous owner thinks it is a problem with the condensation after sitting. There are no fuses blown accordingto my brother who does have limited mechanical ability. Any thought? Thanks, Pam

Assuming your bulbs are good, check your grounds. One is in the trunk area andanother is in the left kick panel. Also clean your battery cables. You'll have to reset your radio after doing this. Also recheck your fuses in tehpower dristributio center. There is a junction block under the left side of dash that has fuse for igh beam. It could be blown as wellas teh high beam relay delay not working correctly. It can also be your headlight dimmer switch.
