Hi my peugeot 206 has brown sludge in rocker cover and no loss of coolant or loss of preformance drives fine and my coolant is ok and has no brown creamy in it I also do short trips 2 and from work daily

Aww and it idles rough untill engine has warmed up any ideas?

Okay. First the short trips never allow the engine to warm up causing the evaporation of condensation in the engine. That could be one cause. The other is if the PCV valve or system is blocked and not allowing air from the crankcase to be recirculated and reburned. Check that.
