1999 Opel Zafira Repair Question

I have opel zafira that does not want to start. the starter crank but engine wont start. all electrical seems to be working perfect such as electric windows, lights, dashboard etc. what could be the problem that the egine can not start maybe?
When you turn the key the starter will crank making sound but the engine wont start or run. allelectrical things are working perfect such as lights, electric windows, dashboard is on fuel indicator on the dashboard etc. what could be the problem perhaps
