1999 Oldsmobile Alero Repair Question

Will it hurt the engine if I dont use a torque wrench to tighten the rocker arms?
I need to know if it will hurt the engine.

if you dont do it everyday, then yes, it could. they require specific torque values to center the plunger in the lifter,
you can rent one from a parts store to complete this task and is well worth it.
