Oldsmobile 98 Fuse Problem
Sercurity light is flashing, no crank or start, reset sercuity system did not work, tried other key, did not work, checked fuses and relays, did not work

try this reset procedure then if it still wont start then you will have to have it scanned to see where the problem is.
