Car does so we Tried jumping the battery to see if would start! When attaching battery cables to car the horn would sound(as being held down). Left to run errands and came back and attached cables again, this time no horn. So jumped the car and instantly died, so took battery off and had it checked. Battery was good! So went to check alternator, it was bad! Replaced alternator and car started fine. Now comes the issue! Nothing electrical works inside the car now; power windows, power locks, gauges, blower, dome light, radio, etc.I have no idea what's wrong, any advice will be appreciated!
Thanks
Anthony

INSURE THE BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED. THEN DISCONNECT THE BATTERY FOR A FEW MINUTES AND RECONNECT IT

MAYBE MR. COMPUTER "SENSED" THE LOW BATTERY VOLTAGE---AND IT AIN'T HAD THE CHANCE TO RESET TO "A FULLY CHARGED" BATTERY.'CAUSE MAYBE IT'S BEEN JUMPED OFF, AND NOT DISCONNECTED

IF I'M WRONG. YOU HAVE ONLY WASTED A LITTLE TIME!

Is the "main" fusible link label as main? Because I don't have one label as that. Looked at all 3 FL boxes under the hood.
