1999 altima hard start

i have a 1999 altima that hard starts after refueling car. seems to load up with fuel. after you clear it out, starts fine

Make sure you are not overfilling the tank. If too much fuel goes in, it can make its way to the EVAP system and cause too much fuel to get to the engine. If it happens all the time and a check engine light has come on, have the computer scanned. Chances are there is an issue with the EVAP system.
