1999 Mitsubishi Lancer Lost power

It is a friends car, she has lost heaps of power and it sounds like there is a hole in the block but there isn't. She said she filled the oil up yesterday and now it's empty now but I can't find any leaks at all. The front of the exhaust is crushed in, I can't find any thing else

You may still have a leak and it is possibly ender a cover such as the timing belt cover and then collecting and not leaving a puddle. Otherwise it may be burning oil. If you have smoke, specifically blue smoke, when getting on and off the gas. The other possibility is a blown head gasket. Check the coolant for oil.
