The vibration is only when stopped at a light. It gets so bad that I feel it will turn of.
I have done the following repairs for this but no good
Egr valve
New vacuum lines
Pcv
spark plugs and wires
All Mounts
Oil change
Radiator hoses

Start with a compression test. Check for vacuum leaks around the intake manifold.

Done that and no leaks show up. Replaced vacuum hoses just in case

If the problem goes away off idle, it most likely has a vacuum leak somewhere or a throttle body failure. Get the intake system smoke tested by a shop to verify.
