I did a tune up on it "plugs, wires, air filter, oil filter, oil" it turns over but will not start. It would not start before the tune up either. It started with starting fluid and ran fine, but it wont start without the starting fluid. Any ideas?

That means that you need to test the fuel pressure. That's a symptom or low fuel pressure.
