Why theres no power to all coils and all injecters,all relays and fuse are working,fuel pump is operating,the car cranks but can't start.

Where is ASD relay located,becose it has heaps of relay which i can't know

Your vehicle is not listed in our database as it is not US based however I have here the wiring schematic for the Montero which what it is known as in the US.
the relay should be known as Multi-port fuel injection relay located behind right kick-relay ( check left kick panel if not found at right)
