MERCURY SABLE BRAKE LIGHTS PROBLEM

I have a 1999 mercury sable it wont come out of park and when this problem come up many other things were not working in the car like the radieo, windshild wipers, the mph gage, windows would not roll down, the brake lights would not work, the hazard lights, and the rear defrost did not work eather but the heater worked the head lights, blinkers, the dash board lights, rpm worked what could the probablem be
