Car not Starting
1999 Grand Marquis will not turn over once key is inserted. Car dies and then I have to wiggle the black cable to the battery and the lights come on, but once key is inserted and try to start car it dies again. Help!

Replace the black cable from the battery and make sure the connections are clean and tight.
