99 Mercury cougar drove into a wall, now need to change front frame

So I hit this wall. lol.

I just need instructions on removing the front frame. Does it bolt off or weld? When I did it the only thing that happeded was broken windshield, airbags, fender, bumper, front frame, radiator and fans. No engine probs. Any help would be nice.
