1999 Mercedes Benz Vito Repair Question

My vito 115 manual 230e have problem with gear change at level 3.it sound noisy and difficult to change from gear t2 to 3 and from gear 4 back to 3
I have overhaul and change all my gear box bearing.but get difficulty to enter gear 3

Did you check the 3rd gear synchronizer ring and hub?

i have check all when overhaul that gearbox but not change cluth and cluth cover.the other gear was good.is that any problem with my cluth pump

If it is only the 3rd gear that is crashing while engaging, no, it is not due to the clutch.
That should be internal and the most lightly cause would be the 3rd gear synchronizer ring gear and hub.
