My car doesn't go over 75mph if it dose it begins to stall what could be the problem?

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure?

It did for a while but then it shut off so it's no longer on. And question what would the gas pump pressure have to do with my car not going faster then 75mph just curious?

First, I would try to check for codes if the light was on. They may be stored in memory. As far as the fuel pressure, it the pump can't produce enough pressure, you may notice it when you try to accelerate at higher speeds.
