1999 Mazda Protege Repair Question

Cylinder head replaced

I have a 1999 protege 1.6L and the cylinder head was replaced.. but now it has no power.. ive changed the oil rechecked the timing checked all the hoses but it still has no power i can only go 55 going down hill and i was wondering what am i missing? because it had more power before i had the head changed?

Check the exhaust system for restriction and also have the valve and ignition timing verified if its correct

if the ignition timing is in the head that has been checked.. where is the exhaust system?

The exhaust system is the muffler and catalytic converter. Big pipe that ends under the rear of the car and snakes up to the engine.
