My 1999 Lincoln Town Car park and tail lights.

My 1999 Lincoln Town Car park and tail lights are not working also my license plate light is not working I have remote start on my car and when I use the remote start everything works park, tail, and license plate light

now when I get into the car and turn the key a nd push to break that cuts off the remote start all the Park tail and license plate lights are not working again . Someone said it could be the lighting control module but I don't think it's that because when I use the remote start everything works can you please help me out thanks in advance guys
