engines cranks but fuel pump does not energize. all fuses have been checked, the cut-off switch in the B-pillar has been checked. I removed the fuel pump and bench tested it (sat) i hooked it back up the cars harness and it would not energize. recently I noticed that my gas gauge has failed and is always on full, and while trying to solve the fuel mystery I found 2 loose ground wires going from the PCM? to a ground lug on the upper center of the firewall. one of the wires were a little charred. I traced that wire to the PCM? bottom row 2nd pin from the right. and lastly and the most likely issue i just noticed is that the PATS LED is flashing rapidly when the ignition is placed in the run position
