1999 Lexus RX 300
Change the license plates on 1999 Lexus RX300.
The bolts have rusted out that attach the license plates. Cannot find a way to get to the interior to fasten a nut onto new ones in front.

hi bonnie, you will need to have someone tap new holes in to the license plate holder. or atleast drill the into the rusted bolts until you can tap new threaded holes
