I have a 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with an after market remote starter in it. The starter shorted out a couple days back and would try to start the car without the button being pressed, and any time the ignition was turned the alarm system goes off, I removed the remote starter, but the alarm still goes off when the key is turned, do you know what could be causing this?
