I need to replace the VSS sensor on a 99 jeep grand cherokee but I dont know where it goes. The book says on the left side of the transmission but I cannot locate it.
Have the sensor but I cannot locate where it goes on the transmission.

It is on the left side about 3/4 of the way back.
