I have a jeep w/ a 4.7 v-8 I just did a oil change and found alot condensation mixed w/ oil at the fill tube.

A Cooling system pressure test may confirm a possible problem
It could be that your head gasket may be leaking, or maybe a head/ block crack
Or maybe it's as simple as a PCV SYSTEM problem!!!

If you do a lot of short trips and the engine is not reaching full operating temp, you will get a build up of condensation in the top end of the engine, also as the last poster says, check the PCV system as well.
