Belt tensioner seize up wont turn. Can I just change out the tensioner wheel which contains the bearings or must I replace the whole Belt tensioner part. Belt tensioner wheel and aluminum spring case. If changing just the belt tensioner wheel is possible. What are the procedures in doing so.

Replace the whole tensioner and belt it's spring loaded so back away from belt then remove belt undo bolt that holds tensioner on. Reverse for replacement
