Fuel problem

I have a 1999 crv changed fuel pump and filter after sits overnight wont start unless u pump the gas pedal. And if u try to start it about 50 degres out side starts fine and after starts runs fine.

Check the coolant temp sender

Check the fuel pressure and fuel pressure regulator as well.
