1999 Honda Civic Repair Question

Honda Civic Coolant Problem
Civic starts to over heat while idling but when i go on moving it cools down a little . coolant reverser still is full. i have changed the rad cap because the original was bad. could it be that they gave me the wrong one ?

Sounds like a coolant fan not working,or radiator fan swich. Thanks for using2CarPros
