1999 Honda Civic Repair Question

Loud ticking
Lately my cars been ticking and now its gotten to the point that its to loud and its annoying. i heard them say thats natural for hondas? can i perform a valve adjustment to fix this problem?

If noise is from the valve trains, that is what you should be doing. Whether problem is fixed or not would depend on if there are any abnormal wear to the valve train components.
