My '99 Honda EX 4 cyl won't turn over. I get one click and nothing happens. The lights are bright and the door 'bing bong' is normal. Tried charging the battery, but seems to be full. Held a battery tester on the battery area, and all the lights lit up to say it has charge. Could it be the starter, ignition switch, alternator? Don't want to throw parts at it--expensive. Help, please?
