Van lost power, wouldnt shift, started shaking bad.

2 days ago the van died on my wife. It would turn over but would not start. Had the ignition coil replaced. My wife was driving it today and it all of a sudden lost power and started shaking really bad. It would not shift and now it will not restart again. Please help.
