1999 GMC Jimmy Repair Question

GMC Jimmy Rpm Problem
The rpm in my 99 gmc stays high at 3rpms when shifting and the car is slow to pick up speed, i changed the two solenoids in the trans pan, and speed sensor and the problem still exist.. could you give me some lead way on this problem please..

internal issue. you may have to have it overhauled to fix the issue.
