1999 GMC Envoy Repair Question

1999gmc envoy
Both drivers seat and pass seat on my 1999 envoy dont work looking for the location of the relay it not in the fuse box under the hood or in the fuse box in the fuse box

Check behind the glovebox. I believe that is where they placed them in 99.
