Car started and ran, turned ignition off and went to restart engine. Engine rotates but will not fire. The noise that came from engine upon restart was like an escape or release of air pressure noise. We have tried towing the car to get the engine to fire but had no luck. The engine rotates making a rattling noise but will not fire. Had auto electrician to vehicle and no engine faults or codes registering he thinks it is a fuel issue. Any ideas
