Is there a easy way to change the oil dip stick tube

The oil dipstick tube broke off our 1999 F-350 Ford pickup truck, is there an easy way to put a new dipstick tube on the truck.

First you needto get teh old piece out of the block, maybe with an easy out. Then if ou can get something like a box end or open end wrench to tap it back in by the bottom where the lip is.
