1999 Ford F-250 wont start now

It was running fine then died and woulsnt start. Came back the next day and it started and later that day I parked then it wouldnt start at all. Then a week later I changed the fuel filter and it started. It ran for almost 3 days then I drove to an appt. And it would not start I put fuel in and it started up ( the tank was not empty) but it then started right up and I got a couple miles down the road and it died again and has not startef again ( its been 2 weeks ) and I have changed the fuel filter and checked fuses and tried swaping out the relays. And now its like it has no spark.

Ran a hot wire straight from pump to battery so yes

I need more info. Is the fuel pump pressure within the manufacturer's specs? Is there spark to the plugs?
