I have a 4.6L with AC in which I replaced the belt tensioner but the noise seems to be coming from the AC bearings, can I change the belt tensioner roller and belt too bypass the AC or does this take a different tensioner? The parts store only shows one style of tensioner but two different rollers. Thank you for your help.
