1999 Ford F-150 Repair Question

New brakes are grinding on the inside of the front rotors
Front brakes are grinding on the inside both right and left.Its like the caliper ispressing the inside pad into the rotor when the peddle is in the free position.Now my rotors have gouges on the inside

it sounds like seized pins or seized calipers. have them checked to verify.
