Ford F-150 Smell Problem

I am getting an smell coming through the vents/defrosters. It smells like carbon monoxide. I only get it when letting the vechicle warm up or idling.

Not that i am aware of. I checked under the hood around the manifolds that i have replaced due to the air intake tube being rusted off. Don't see or feel any leaks along the pipes.
