Flashing lites

1999 explorer installed a new battery the four ways keep working. How do you correct this?

Its an alarm system that was activated
check under the driver side for an after market valet switch
turn key on cycle the switch
and that should deactivate the system
or you can try and do this
Make sure have a window open
disconnect negative terminal of battery
place key in ignition and turn on
close door
reconnect battery
see if that work
try locating the switch would be best

I tryed the repair, but it did not work. I also had someone check it with a computer check, and they said it was a bad ground, but don't know where it is. Thanks for your information. Jim

Hi BMRFIXET, We found the after market switch, and that was the problem. so far it worked. You were right on, we just did not know where to look.Thanks again. Jim
