1999 Ford E-Series Van Repair Question

Ford E-Series Van Dealer Problem
Im trying to figure why I cant find a Brake cable for my right rear wheel with the spring that attaches to the lever, Im being sold a cable without his spring it will not hold without a spring, the left side has the spring, why not the right side !!!

contact the dealer parts department, go over and they will have a picture break down and you can identify the part you need
