1999 Dodge Ram speedometer

Speedometer will nopt work have changed speed sensor in rear axle, checked voltage and there is none doesn't it have voltage when ignition is on.

Please check with your local parts store, but I believe the sensor you replaced on the read differential is for the ABS. The speedo sensor should be on the side of the transmission. (Driver's side if I recall, toward the rear of the transmission). It's been some time since I worked on a 99.
