1999 Dodge Ram Repair Question

Dodge Ram Vents Problem
My directional air knob moves from the different positions, however the air only comes out the floor ducts. Nothing goes to defrost vents or face vents. Wher do I start checking???

You need to get under dash and check actuator doors.
