Brakes grabbing

I have a 2000 dodge ram 1500, Been having the rear brakes grabbing after stopping at red lights or stop signs. I have replaced the rear wheel cylinders, replaced all the rubber brake lines and flushed out the complete brake system and filled with new fluid. The problem still exsist. It seems that the brakes do not release fully after stopping.

your brake lining may have grease or brake fluid on them. If you don't want to replace the linings, then try using lacquer thinneron them or Brake clean. spray it on the shoes, and wipe them down then spray it again and let it air dry. Make sure to clean the drum area as welleven if you replace the shoes.
