Dodge Neon Fuel pressure Problem
Car stalled out and when try to restart it just sputters and stops

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge if its within spec-Fuel pump could have failed-start here

Have you checked for spark? Have you checked for diagnostic fault codes? What about fuel pressure?
