Water leak
The 99 Intrepid leaks at the front of the engine on the ground. It is leaking water. The radiator is fine and the pressure test showed the water pump is good. The mechanic tightened a clamp on the bottom hose when it was on the rack. It started leaking when it cooled down

The pressure test should reveal the source of the leak.
