1999 Dodge Intrepid Repair Question

Dodge Intrepid Engine Problem
I sprayed intake with Carb cleaner followed directions but I did it three times but the last time I sprayed and connected the intake hose then I tried to start the engine and it wouldn't start.What's wrong now?,,

might be flooded, try again then push foot to floor it may start.
