1999 Dodge Durango Repair Question

I have a 99 dodge durango. Transmission went out so I took it to be rebuilt. After so my vehicle overheard and the trans temp light comes on. What can be the problem?

Condensor is wrong size... Transmission rebuilt... New crank sensor. Fan for radiator fixed... Flushed radiator... New thermostat...
